Delivery

I have not yet received my package.

Check the track and trace code that was sent to your email. Contact us if there is something wrong with your package. If it says the package is delayed, please wait one more day. Contact us if the package is not delivered the next day.

When can I expect my package? 

We strive to dispatch orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Delivery is handled by PostNL, and they deliver 99% of all shipments provided by us the next day. Delivery by PostNL Parcel Service is from Monday to Saturday.

What is the status of my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. If you have not yet received this, your order has not yet been shipped.

The Track and Trace indicates that my package is delayed.

Unfortunately, a shipment may be delayed by PostNL. Please contact us if you do not receive your package after two days.
